Fion has practiced occupational therapy over 35 years in Scotland, New Zealand and more recently in the USA. Fion specializes in supporting others to attain everyday occupations and routines that may be challenging for people due to injury, illness or developmental challenges.

In recent years, Fion has worked with young children and their families to find emotional balance using many sensory modalities to support a safe regulated state of being. Fion is using the cutting edge safe and sound listening tools developed by Dr Stephen Porges to help regulate nervous systems based on his Polyvagal Theory.

Fion loves living in Central Oregon with her family, enjoys kayaking, swimming, yoga and a new found passion for singing.
